Returns + Exchanges
Ready-to-wear items (streetwear, hats, hoodies, etc):
Returns & exchanges are accepted but customer pays return shipping to our Dallas studio. Products cannot be dirty or worn - they must be in their original new condition. Return and exchange process must be started within 30 days after receiving your product.
If your product arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect, it is subject to free exchange - you do not have to pay return shipping.
Returns: Refund is processed upon receipt of your item. We will email you when it arrives and your refund is processed.
Exchanges: We will send out your exchange item upon receipt of your package. We will email you when it arrives and your exchange ships.
Made-to-order items (bridal, any custom orders):
No returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. We work closely with you before creating your piece to make sure it is perfect for you! For this reason we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your product arrives damaged or flawed, it is subject to free exchange on a case-by-case basis. Please note that each item is individually painted and mild paint imperfections or slight differences in expectations vs. final artwork may exist, but are not valid reasons for exchange. Valid exchange examples include: large tears in the tulle, dark stains, completely different and incorrect artwork or colors. Please email email@example.com with photos of your issue and we will work together to resolve.
